  Kauai Windward Waters...

* Until 1230 PM HST.

* At 1128 AM HST, multiple strong thunderstorm were identified over
  waters surrounding Kauai. 

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Nawiliwili Harbor, FAD Buoy CK, FAD Buoy DK, FAD Buoy EK, Kilauea
  Lighthouse, Southern Tip of Niihau, Kikiaola Harbor, and Kukuiula
  Harbor.
