* At 312 PM HST, a cluster of strong thunderstorm was located over 
  Kaneohe Marine Base, moving northwest at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  FAD Buoy U, Heeia Kea Boat Harbor, and Mokulua Islands.
