* Special Marine Warning for...
  Cape Mendocino to Pt Arena out 10 nm...

* Until 515 PM PDT.

* At 445 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing 
  waterspouts was located 31 NM south of Cape Mendocino, moving east 
  at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create
           locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged
           in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters of Cape Mendocino to Pt Arena out 10 nm.
