  including Santa Cruz Island...
  Point Piedras Blancas to Point Sal from 10 to 60 NM...
  Point Piedras Blancas to Point Sal westward out to 10 NM...
  Waters from Pt. Sal to Santa Cruz Island CA and westward 60 nm
  including San Miguel and Santa Rosa Islands...

* Until 900 PM PDT.

* At 656 PM PDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 6 nm northwest
  of Pismo Beach to 33 nm west of San Miguel Island, moving east at
  25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small 
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
