  East Santa Barbara Channel from Pt. Conception to Pt. Mugu CA
  including Santa Cruz Island...
  Inner waters from Point Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA including Santa
  Catalina and Anacapa Islands...
  Outer waters from Santa Cruz Island to San Clemente Island to 60 NM
  offshore including San Nicolas and Santa Barbara Islands...

* Until 200 AM PDT.

* At 1222 AM PDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Ventura
  Harbor to near San Nicolas Island, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small 
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
