HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
unsecured objects.

  Arcata, Willow Creek, McKinleyville, Blue Lake, Fieldbrook and 
  Arcata Arpt.
