...STRONG SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN VENTURA 
AND NORTH CENTRAL SANTA BARBARA COUNTIES THROUGH 330 PM PDT...

At 246 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong showers and 
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Rose Valley to 12 
miles east of Santa Ynez. Movement was south at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible. Brief heavy downpours are possible for portions 
         of the Lake Burn Scar in Santa Barbara County.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
