BASIN...ELKHEAD AND PARK MOUNTAINS...AND CENTRAL YAMPA RIVER BASIN
COUNTIES...

HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow accompanied by winds of up to 35 mph 
which will rapidly reduce visibility to less than a half of a mile.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 942 AM MDT, a band of heavy snow was near
Hayden, or 12 miles east of Craig moving east at 30 MPH.

THIS BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR...
  Hayden around 950 AM MDT.
  Steamboat Springs around 1010 AM MDT.

This includes U.S. Highway 40 in Colorado between mile markers 98 and
130.
