...Snow showers with quick accumulation and low visibility will 
affect Northern Scott and South central Clinton counties through 900 
PM CST...

At 759 PM CST, snow showers were located over Donahue and near 
Wheatland, moving east southeast at 20 mph. They will impact 
portions of Highway 61 between DeWitt and Davenport. 

HAZARD...Visibilities reduced rapidly to around 1/2 mile in snow.
 
SOURCE...Radar and webcams. 

IMPACTS...Snow covered surfaces including roadways, bridges, 
         overpasses, and sidewalks. Difficulty seeing while driving.
      
Locations impacted include...
Davenport, Bettendorf, Eldridge, Le Claire, Princeton, Long Grove,
Grand Mound, Riverdale, Donahue, McCausland, Panorama Park, Pleasant
Valley, Park View, Davenport Municipal Airport, and Scott County
Park.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 74 in Iowa near mile marker 1.
 Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 296 and 306.
