...MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW RATES THIS MORNING...

A snow band pivoting over the region will bring steady moderate 
to heavy snow rates and reduced visibility through late morning. 
Accumulations will build on pavement, first creating a slushy 
layer that will become slick. Warming temperatures and a decrease
in intensity will allow rain to mix at times this afternoon.
