THROUGH NOON EDT...

At 1137 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hillman, or 9 miles east of Atlanta, moving northeast at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Presque Isle Light, Royston, Long Rapids, Lachine, Thompsons Harbor
State Park, Posen, Hillman, Presque Isle, Cathro, and Lakewood.
