PARTS OF THE RED RIVER VALLEY...

Areas of fog occasionally reducing visibility to around one-
quarter mile will continue around the area thru about 9 am. 
Travelers should be prepared for rapidly deteriorating 
visibility, and to use extra caution at intersections, railroad 
crossings, and school bus stops.
