...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND 
EARLY EVENING...

Southerly winds, with gusts of 20 to 30 mph, relative humidity 
dropping to around 25 to 30%, and ongoing dry fuels will result 
in near-critical fire conditions over portions of northeastern SD 
into west central MN this afternoon into the early evening.
