At 818 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over 
Delano, or 8 miles southeast of Buffalo, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 30 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Buffalo, Maple Grove, Andover, Ramsey, Champlin, Elk River, Anoka, 
  St. Michael, Otsego, Monticello, Big Lake, Rogers, St. Francis, 
  Albertville, Delano, Corcoran, Zimmerman, Rockford, Independence 
  and Montrose.
