  Winton, Old Dominion University, and Western Branch around 210 PM 
  EDT.
  Ghent, Virginia Beach, Roduco, Gates, Downtown Norfolk, Norview, 
  Cofield, Ocean View, and Downtown Portsmouth around 215 PM EDT.
  Deep Creek, Norfolk International, Virginia Wesleyan University, 
  Cradock, and Norfolk State University around 220 PM EDT.
  Regent University, Kempsville, Corapeake, and Gatesville around
