...A CLUSTER OF SLOW-MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN 
MOORE...SCOTLAND... RICHMOND AND HOKE COUNTIES THROUGH 230 AM EDT...

At 1255 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of slow-moving 
thunderstorms with very heavy rain along a line extending from near 
Hoffman to 7 miles southwest of Rockingham. Movement was northeast 
at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Minor flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...One to two inches of rain will result in ponding of water 
         and a risk of minor flooding.

Locations impacted include...
Hamlet, Laurel Hill, Aberdeen, Pinebluff, Laurinburg, Foxfire,
Ellerbe, Southern Pines, East Rockingham, and Rockingham.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive 
your vehicle through flooded roadways.
