...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NEW HANOVER AND EAST CENTRAL
BRUNSWICK COUNTIES THROUGH 200 PM EDT...

At 131 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Winnabow, or 8 miles southwest of Leland, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. Torrential 
         rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to 
         localized flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bishop, New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wrightsville Beach,
Hightsville, Cape Fear Hospital, Wilmington International Airport,
Myrtle Grove, Masonboro, Murrayville, University Of North Carolina At
Wilmington, Belville, Ogden, Wilmington, Winnabow, Mayfaire, Boiling
Spring Lakes, Mill Creek, Silver Lake, Town Creek, and Windemere.
