SHELBY...EAST CENTRAL DARKE AND NORTHWESTERN MIAMI COUNTIES THROUGH
830 PM EDT...

At 802 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Bradford,
moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning 
         is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Webster, Polo, Bloomer, Horatio, Bradford, Russia, and Piqua.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
