...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN WALLOWA COUNTY
THROUGH 1000 PM PDT...

At 927 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles southeast of Joseph, or 16 miles southeast of Enterprise,
moving north at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
Wallowa County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
this storm passes.
