...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN HARNEY AND
SOUTHWESTERN MALHEUR COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM PDT...

At 425 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Schoolhouse Hill, or 21 miles northwest of McDermitt, moving
northwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects, as well as impact high profile vehicles 
         traveling on Highway 95. Areas of blowing dust reducing 
         visibilities. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Harney
and southwestern Malheur Counties.
