...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN UMATILLA AND NORTH
CENTRAL UNION COUNTIES THROUGH 415 PM PDT...

At 327 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Gibbon, or 10 miles northeast of Meacham, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Thorn Hollow, Tollgate, Weston, Meacham, Spout Springs, Cayuse,
Milton-Freewater, Bingham Springs, Gibbon, Umatilla Reservation, and
Walla Walla.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
