...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WARREN COUNTY BETWEEN 5 
AND 6 PM EDT...

At 357 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over 
Southern Crawford County near Atlantic, moving east northeast at 40 
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lottsville, Scandia, Tidioute, Youngsville, Grand Valley, Clarendon,
Warren, Russell, Sheffield, Starbrick, Spring Creek, Columbus, Warren
South, Sugar Grove, Garland, Kinzua Dam, Bear Lake, and Chapman State
Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
 
Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
this storm passes.
