At 5 PM EDT. an area of strong thunderstorms extended from near Warren to Tidioute and Franklin, moving east northeast at 40 to 45 mph. Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail are possible. The Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
