...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SMITH...JACKSON AND NORTHWESTERN
PUTNAM COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM CDT...

At 652 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near 
Watertown, or 10 miles southwest of Carthage, moving northeast at 50 
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Carthage, Hickman, Gordonsville, Whitleyville, Gainesboro, Pleasant
Shade, Granville, South Carthage, Cummins Falls State Park, and
Alexandria.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 250 and 265.
