...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE...LAWRENCE
AND GILES COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM CDT...

At 238 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Loretto, or 12 miles south of Lawrenceburg, moving northeast at 50
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Loretto, Ethridge, Minor Hill, St. Joseph, Elkton, Pulaski,
Lawrenceburg, Goodspring, Leoma, Lynnville, Westpoint, Iron City, and
Prospect.

This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 4 and 8, and between
mile markers 16 and 22.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
