EASTERN TOM GREEN...NORTHEASTERN CROCKETT AND SOUTHEASTERN IRION
COUNTIES THROUGH 345 AM CDT...

At 250 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Mertzon, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Christoval, San Angelo, Wall, San Angelo State Park, Twin Buttes
Reservoir, Mertzon, Sherwood, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Veribest,
Knickerbocker, O.C. Fisher Reservoir, Us-67 Near The Irion-
Tom Green County Line, Lake Nasworthy, Harriet, and Tankersley.
