COUNTIES UNTIL 1045 AM CDT...

At 952 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near 
Hoard, or 10 miles southeast of Mineola, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Mineola, Winnsboro, Leesburg, Quitman, Big Sandy, Hawkins, 
  Hainesville, Hoard, Pleasant Grove, Rosewood, Scroggins, Newsome, 
  Golden, Forest Hill, Winona, Yantis, Perryville, Grice and Red 
  Springs.
