...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern Blanco,
eastern Kendall and central Comal Counties through 645 PM CDT...

At 606 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Kendalia, or 12 miles southwest of Blanco, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Canyon Lake, Bulverde, Guadalupe River State Park, Kendalia, Smithson
Valley, Fischer, Spring Branch, Twin Sisters, Bergheim, Kreutzberg,
Anhalt, Startzville, and Honey Creek State Natural Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
south central Texas.
