COUNTIES THROUGH MIDNIGHT CDT...

At 1129 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 14
miles west of Loma Alta, or 18 miles northwest of Freer, moving
southeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Freer and Seven Sisters.

This includes US Highway 59 between mile markers 758 and 768.
