...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL HIDALGO AND CENTRAL
STARR COUNTIES THROUGH 345 AM CDT...

At 304 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 8 miles north of La Victoria, or 10 miles northeast of
Garciasville, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Narciso G. Cavazos Elementary School, Doffing, La Victoria, Los
Alvarez, Fort Ringgold County Park, Garceno, Palmview High School,
Citrus City, Starr County Sheriffs Office, and Chapa Elementary
School.

This includes US Highway 83 between mile markers 810 and 830.
