THROUGH 530 PM CDT/430 PM MDT/...

At 441 PM CDT/341 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of
strong thunderstorms 11 miles west of Red Bluff Reservoir, or 32
miles west of Mentone, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Red Bluff Reservoir, Orla, and Red Bluff.
