...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN PECOS...NORTHEASTERN
BREWSTER...SOUTHEASTERN CRANE AND TERRELL COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM
CDT...

At 941 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 27
miles northwest of Terrell County Gas Plant, or 27 miles north of
Sanderson, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Terrell County Gas Plant, Sheffield, Sanderson, Iraan Municipal
Airport, Dryden, Terrell County Airport, Iraan, Bakersfield, and
Girvin.

This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 284 and 327.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
western and southwestern Texas.
