...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT JEFFERSON AND WESTERN ORANGE
COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM CDT...

At 829 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Nome, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor 
         objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hamshire, Port Acres, Sea Rim State Park, Rose City, Pine Forest,
Central Gardens, Fannett, Beaumont, La Belle, China, Vidor, Nome,
Southeast Texas Regional Airport, Nederland, and Port Arthur.

This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 862 and
832.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
