COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 PM EDT...

At 933 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Rouses Point, moving east at 70 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Franklin, South Bay In Orleans County, Wagner Point, North Hero State
Park, Alburgh Village, Jay, Sheldon Junction, Newport Town, Scott
Point, Jay In Franklin County, Champlain, Black Island, Ransoms Bay,
Stevens Mills, Kings Bay, South Newport, Hen Island, Beebe Plains,
North Derby, and Highgate Springs.
