...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT TAYLOR AND NORTHEASTERN BARBOUR
COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM EDT...

At 453 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Grafton, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Grafton, Flemington, Valley Falls, Moatsville, Tygart Lake State
Park, Thornton, Rosemont, Knottsville, McGee, Nestorville, and
Meadland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
