Expect patchy dense fog through 9AM. Visibility will change 
rapidly between a few miles and just a few feet. The fog will 
dissipate by 9AM.

Plan on extra time for your morning commute. Use low beam
headlights, drive for the conditions, and leave plenty of braking
space in front of you. Be aware of students near the street 
waiting for the school bus.
