At 1121 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Welch, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Davy, War, Jolo, Bradshaw, Elbert, Ghent, Keystone, Coalwood, Hurley,
Rhodell, Avondale, Wolf Pen, Welch, Josephine, Jenkinjones, Herndon,
Iaeger, Kimball, Gary, and Coal City.

This includes West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 28 and 29.
