...SYSTEM MOVING THROUGH THE PANHANDLE BRINGING SNOW...

Snow showers are expected to continue through Thursday afternoon
and evening as a low moves southward along the Gulf of Alaska
coast, with periods of moderate to heavy snow expected. Heaviest
and most persistent snow showers have been observed in downtown
Juneau and Douglas, and on Western Prince of Wales Island. Snow
accumulations will vary by location given convective nature of
snow showers, leading to significant accumulation differences.
