  gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Roan and Tavaputs Plateaus.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on icy to snow packed road conditions. Visibility 
  may be reduced to under one half of a mile at times in snow and 
  blowing snow.
