3000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow above 3000 feet. Likelihood of developing or ongoing 
  minor impacts from around 1 to 3 inches of snow is 90 percent, and 
  up to 6 inches of snow on Whitebird summit.

* WHERE...White Bird Grade, Grangeville and vicinity, and Camas 
  Prairie.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...For MINOR impacts from snow, expect a few inconveniences 
  to normal activities. Use caution while driving. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact this evening and Thursday morning 
  commutes, especially over higher passes.
