  Androscoggin, and Interior Cumberland Highlands Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...A period of mixed precipitation is expected with air 
  temperatures remaining below freezing. Expect slippery road 
  conditions and avoid travel if possible. The hazardous conditions
