AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow and areas of blowing snow. Additional snow 
  accumulations between 1 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 
  mph.

* WHERE...Alger, Luce, and Northern Schoolcraft Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow 
  could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions 
  will impact the Tuesday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring 
  down tree branches.
