  gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Maries, Miller, and Phelps Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, especially on elevated 
  roadways. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning 
  commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage and a few power 
  outages.
