Freezing rain has come to an end and temperatures are climbing above 
freezing. However, another advisory may be needed later this 
afternoon as colder air pushes back into the region refreezing 
surfaces and and dropping another 1 to 3 inches of snow in the 
Finger Lakes Regions and western Southern Tier.
