...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

Strong west to northwest winds, gusting between 45 and 55 mph and up 
to 60 mph on the ridgetops, will continue through the mid afternoon 
before slowly decreasing.

Areas of blowing and drifting snow will persist along with scattered 
light snow showers, bringing an additional coating of snow to some 
locations.
