Snow has largely ended over the plateaus of west-central Colorado 
and east-central Utah this morning. Scattered instability showers 
are expected to develop during the afternoon, but any additional 
accumulations will be light and localized. Therefore, the Winter 
Weather Advisory has been cancelled.
