...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 1 AM CDT EARLY THIS 
MORNING...

The significant accumulating snow has ended. However, light snow 
will linger early this morning before tapering off and end around or 
shortly after sunrise. Any additional snowfall accumulation will be 
under an inch. Motorist should also be on the lookout for black ice, 
as temperatures fall below freezing. West to northwest winds could 
also gust to 25 to 40 mph this morning.
